The retreat has a bungalow with two homely rooms and a large orchard that surrounds it. There are lawns and a gazebo ideal for a picnic. The property also houses a full size volleyball court, cricket ground, basketball hoops and a play area for kids. It even has an inflatable pool that kids can splash around in. The owners take a personal interest in the upkeep of the retreat as it is their family farm house. They open it up to groups and have a day-package deal priced at Rs. 250 per head which includes lunch, tea, snacks and a boat ride. The package is for a minimum of ten people but they can cater to over 100 people as well. If you are planning to spend the night they organize outdoor camping in tents as well as under the gazebo which is protected by a mosquito net. A bonfire and barbecue to enjoy the winter chill can be a perfect way to end a day filled with activity. There is a toilet complex on the property apart from those in the bungalow for the convenience of visitors. Those who love the outdoors can explore trekking trails nearby. The caretaker of the property says that one can often spot rabbits and deer at night.
